Sit at the island or at the breakfast bar and enjoy your morning coffee! The kitchen is open to the modern living room, which has sliding glass doors along the entire wall overlooking the lake. The sliding glass doors lead to a spacious wrap around deck, equipped with quality patio furniture and the grill. The living room also features a new leather couch and a 36” flat screen TV with DVD player! A half bath is conveniently located just off the living room.

Retreat upstairs to all three bedrooms. The cozy master bedroom features a King size bed and a flat screen TV. The other two bedrooms are decorated in fun, bright colors, and are great for children or a girl’s getaway! A full bath with shower is located on this floor, conveniently located to all three bedrooms.

Outside you will find plenty of different areas to spread out and relax. Just off the front door is a patio with a nice table, chairs and a colorful umbrella for shade! A sliding glass door leads to the lower level of the home with a cozy spot for relaxing on the couch and watching TV, and there is also a full bath conveniently located on this level. Access to the lower level is only from outside. The large permanent dock is great for sun bathing, or tying up your boat. A swim ladder is located on the dock for ease of getting in and out of the water.

Just 15 minutes away is the town of Canandaigua where you will find Roseland Water Park, Kershaw Park, the New York Wine and Culinary Center, the Historical Museum, and Main Street with all of its unique shops and restaurants!
