Description

Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Region on Cayuga Lake directly on 120ft of prime level lake frontage, this beautiful new custom built Kuhn’s Brothers Log Home is available for your next vacation. Enjoy the spectacular year round views from a large covered deck that wraps around 3 sides of the home, or from the large lawn that spans from the house to the beach. There is absolutely nothing but grass in between the house and the lake.

Also enjoy the beautiful beams that highlight the interior walls and rooms. Incredible peace, quiet and solitude, unmatched nightly sunsets, not to mention some of the best fishing available await your visit.

Timber Bay can accommodate up to 14 people and is pet friendly. Well appointed and well furnished with all brand new furniture, picturesque lake views abound from this luxurious log home. The 3 levels of living space, which includes 4+ bedrooms, a large kitchen, a great room, and 3 full and 1 half bathrooms, provide plenty of space for your family and guests. There is also a single car attached garage for guest use plus a large driveway and overflow parking area all on the property that can accommodate up to 8 cars.

You may enter the property from 3 sides of the house. Upon entering through the main door is the great room, which boasts a wall of windows facing the lake. With a two story cathedral ceiling, comfortable sofas, and a 50” plasma television, it is the perfect area for everyone to unwind. Just beyond, is the kitchen and the dining area with a formal dining table that can seat 8 people. Additional seating is available at the kitchen. A half bathroom is also available off from the kitchen. On top of all this, there is first floor laundry.

To the side of the great room also facing the lake is the first floor master bedroom, which includes a full bathroom and walk-in closet. This bedroom is fully furnished with a king size bed, TV/DVD, and ceiling fan.

In addition, steps going up from the great room leads to a semi-private loft, which overlooks the great room. This large loft is furnished with two queen beds, ceiling fan and extra seating, making it ideal for children and friends. Also on the second level is another master bedroom furnished with a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV/DVD, and a walk-in closet. Completing the second floor is a full bathroom.

In the completely finished lower level are a private bedroom, a semi-private recreation room/bedroom, and a full bathroom. The bedroom is completely furnished wiht a queen bedroom set. The recreation room/bedroom has a queen sleeper sofa and a loveseat, along with another 50" plasma TV and pub table.

Outside, on the large 3-sided deck, is plenty of seating on log and country style furniture for outdoor gatherings. To top things off, on the level lawn is a large 8-person hot tub that overlooks the water.

Timber Bay is easily accessible from the NYS Thruway I-90, Ithaca, Syracuse, Rochester, Geneva, Seneca Falls, Watkins Glen and Skaneateles. Lots of wineries for your enjoyment are all within an easy 1hr drive away.
