Description

Come to "Margaritaville" to escape from it all! This cozy cottage is located on a private drive along the Eastern shores of Honeoye Lake, and is settled in the middle of a large, grassy lawn. Across the road, you will find even more lawn space for volleyball or a game of catch!

Enter the home through the enclosed sun porch with comfortable seating, including a double futon. This is a nice spot to sneak away for some reading or a game of cards. A full bath with tub/shower combo is off the entry hall, as well as the entry to the great room. This open space is decorated in natural colors highlighted with warm wood ceiling trim. The kitchen is located at one end, with dining seating at the table as well as the breakfast bar. A wood stove is centrally located, and the living area highlights the lake, with a wall of windows to frame the view.

Located off the southern end of the living area is a bedroom decorated in earth tones and provides a queen bed and a lake view window. Make sure you open the window a crack at night so you can enjoy listening to the lake as you drift off to sleep. Off the northern end of the living area is a second bedroom with walls that are a soothing blue. This room also has a queen bed and a lake view window. Another door off the living room takes you to a sunny lake view porch with a double futon. Tucked around the corner is a utility room with washer and dryer. Just three steps down from the porch is a new stone patio with comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing with a Margarita as you enjoy the view and work on your tan! The large lawn with established trees beckons you to spend every moment of your vacation outdoors.

Trident Marina is located just a few houses down the road, so it couldn't be any easier to rent a boat for a few days. If you are interested in exploring the neighborhood, you will find shopping and dining options to the North in Honeoye, or enjoy a short, scenic drive South to Naples.

Come create lasting memories, and don't spend too much time searching for your lost shaker of salt. Relax, have fun, and getaway from it all at "Margaritaville"!
