Come to Mahogany Ridge, located on beautiful Honeoye Lake, and have the vacation you’ve dreamed of. This 3,200 square foot timber peg ranch home has 4 bedrooms, three baths and can sleep 10 people.

As you drive down the private, lighted blacktop driveway, you will appreciate the serenity of the landscaped, one acre lot. You can pull right up to the front door to unload your vehicle. A half bath is located off the entry hall, which leads to the open great room with cathedral post and beam ceilings.

To your left is the well equipped kitchen with ceramic tile e flooring, skylight, tiled counter tops, under cabinet lighting, glass top electric range with microwave hood/fan, dishwasher, disposal, side by side refrigerator with ice and water on door and breakfast bar with seating for two.

You’ll have plenty of room to serve your meals in style in the open dining room with sliding glass doors to the lake view deck. A wood burning stove with mantel and tiled surround is situated between the dining and living areas. A full size pool table allows for some friendly competition. Oversize windows and glass sliding doors to the deck bring in plenty of light and surround you with the gorgeous lake views. The comfortable leather sectional soda and armchair are situated in the front of the large, flat screen television.

Located off the living area is a large master bedroom with king bed, lake view, lighted walk in closet, dressing room with double vanity, tiled bathing area with skylight, shower and Jacuzzi tub with wood accents. A main level laundry room is located just off the master bath. For your convenience, the bathroom can also be accessed from the living area.

Just off the entry hall is the stairway to the lower level. A separate doorway to the outdoors is located at the bottom of the stairs. Here you will also find a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, ceramic tile floor and double vanity.

At the end of the hallway your will find an entertainment room with ceramic tile floors, area rug, surround sound, flat screen TV, foose ball table, recessed lighting, comfortable living room furniture and built in bar with refrigerator. Attached is an exercise room with a view of the lake and door to outside lawn.

A fieldstone garden path graces the lawn and stone steps lead to the shoreline. The cantilevered lake side deck provides a sunny spot to relax by the water and leads to the 60 foot dock. Stairs lead from the lawn to the main level, lake view deck with outdoor patio furniture.

This year round vacation home is less than 1.5 miles from Honeoye, where you’ll want to take in the summer evening concerts at the town gazebo, and grab an ice cream cone and the local ice cream shop. A scenic 14 mile drive will take you to the charming village of Naples, home of the Grape Festival. If you’re into skiing, this property is close to Hunt Hollow and Bristol Mountain. All seasons can be enjoyed at this lakeside home.
