Sensational, 4 bedroom luxury home awaits your dream vacation! Meticulously prepared with your comfort in mind, this handsome house carries all the comforts of home. Beautifully landscaped grounds offer ideal outdoor appeal for entertaining, and there is over 120 feet of natural lakefront for you and your family to enjoy.

Enter into a spacious, gourmet kitchen with gorgeous cabinetry, center gas island range top, quality appliances, television and separate wet bar. Located to the right are a laundry room, and a powder room. In the formal entry area is a piano to enjoy. Off the kitchen is a great room, with wood pellet stone fireplace and two sets of french doors leading out to a wrap around, covered porch overlooking the lake. Large picture windows, immaculate hardwood floors, plentiful living room furniture, and large, rustic barn wood dining table that seats twelve, beautifully appoint this comfortable room. A stereo system supplies music to the great room, kitchen & both levels of outside decks for your enjoyment. An Ipod converter is also available to plug in your IPOD or IPhone to listen to your favorite saved music.

Located down the hallway is a magnificent master suite, with four poster, King size bed, walk in closet, TV/DVD and cable, a two sided gas fireplace, and an attached, open bath with jetted whirlpool tub, separate shower, and ceramic tile flooring. Just off the master suite is a private screen porch, which leads to the covered porch, with table for two to enjoy that early morning coffee or late night bottle of wine.

Over the attached garage is a 700 sq. ft. guest suite. Open bedroom/sitting area, with pine log framed king bed and two singles. Sofa and chairs with TV, VCR/DVD and cable. Adirondack décor, hardwood floors, and windows overlooking the lake. Private full bathroom with shower. Huge walk-in closet.

The lower level features a completely finished recreation room, with a wide variety of the traditional family games for children, 52” HD big screen TV, DVD player with collection of “family oriented” movies, sofas, and wood fireplace. Located down the hall are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and a large bedroom with queen bed and a bunk bed. In the larger room is a 46” HD TV, DVD player and an X-BOX game system with a collection of family friendly games to play. Located in the rear is an additional full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The outdoor amenities include a covered porch outfitted with adirondack style furniture, quality natural gas grill, and lower level covered patio, all overlooking the lake.

The waterfront is all natural, wade in mostly shale beach. Some natural stone breakwall near the stairs. Water toys include a swim raft, canoe and paddleboat. There is a seasonal dock with boat hoist for your boat, and a firepit for campfires. A large third deck near the lake is perfect for sun bathing. The possibilities are endless with this exceptional property!
