Incredible views of Keuka Lake await you from the double set of French doors and massive lakeside windows. The roofline extends over the large deck to provide carefree outdoor dining or lounging. A covered side porch runs the length of the home and houses a Weber 3-burner propane grill. The deck and porch are secured by latching gates.
Amenities such as a washer/dryer in the 1st floor bathroom, dishwasher, 36" TV, DVD, and digital cable. Quality furnishings throughout featuring antiques and adirondack style furniture. The property is professionally landscaped with natural stone steps. Sturdy stairs lead to 78' of lakefront. There is a large area of natural, gradual walk-in beach as well as a breakwall with 40' dock. A 3600 lb. capacity Shore Station hoist is provided for your powerboat. A rowboat and two kayaks are available for your use. Keuka Lake fishing is great. This is a quality property and is available only to responsible guests. Accommodates no more than 10 people with parking for 3 cars maximum.
