The lower level consists of a large family room with comfortable sectional and 52 inch screen TV, two bedrooms with twin beds, and a full bathroom off the hallway. Walk out access to the lower level patio and front lawn where you will find a quiet respite in the hammock of your dreams.

Just down the driveway a short walk away is over 60 feet of lakefront and a well constructed waterfront complex. A large deck sweeps over the water and breaks off on each side to create a U-Shaped swimming area with boat slips available on the outside of the complex. This is a fabulous location for family gatherings, meals, and waterfront enjoyment.

This is a high quality, attractively furnished, very affordable, vacation home. The views from the deck are breathtaking, right off of the bluff, spanning a view of East Lake to your left and West lake on your right. The view from the topological wonder of our "bluff" is what makes Keuka lake one of the most unusual and interesting of the Finger Lakes.
