Description

Spectacular lake home situated on park-like grounds in the heart of wine country! Immaculately maintained exterior grounds, beautifully decorated, and several amenities for guests to enjoy.

This three bedroom, spacious ranch is tastefully decorated in a nautical theme. Enter from the rear into the large kitchen with new appliances, wine cooler, and laundry room. There is a dining table at the edge of the kitchen, or guests can utilize the small island with bar stools for snack times.

The large living room is elegantly furnished, with a fireplace, ample furniture, and a 42" Flat Screen TV with DVD mounted on the wall. There is a surround sound stereo system inside the house and on the partially covered deck to provide background music for meals or while using the hot tub.

Three bedrooms are located on the south end of the cottage, two of which have direct access to the deck via sliding glass doors. The Master bedroom features a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a double and the third bedroom has two double beds and two singles (bunk). Two bathrooms are located in the hallway, one which is a half bath and one full bath with shower/tub combo.

The front of the cottage features a partially covered lakeside deck, with surround sound stereo, quality patio furniture, a sunken hot tub, and outdoor shower at ground level near the stairs. The north end of the cottage boasts a wonderful concrete patio, with a custom built in kitchen and BBQ, along with sink, refrigerator, and ample furnishings for outdoor meals. A privacy fence runs to the length of the property and separates you from neighboring cottages. There is 105 feet of level lawn maintained by a seawall, and steps next to the dock that lead into the water. The dock is in great condition, and there is a mooring buoy to tie your boat to. A canoe and two one-man kayaks are also available for guests’ enjoyment.
