Whether you’re relaxing or entertaining, Sapphire Shores Retreat is perfectly suited for your group of travelers. The open kitchen is pleasantly stocked with all your favorite cooking and eating ware.  Visit the local farmers market or roadside stand for fresh produce.

A wooden farmhouse table is a perfect place for family-style meals to be served.  Enjoy mealtime with a view!  Completing the great room; oversized couches offer the best spot for relaxing with a book or visiting with family and friends.  This cozy space is sure to be your favorite room in the house!

Desirable amenities are continued outside where you'll find the wrap-around deck, lakeside fire pit, hot tub and dock. Sunbathe, fish off the dock, or see who can make the biggest splash into Keuka Lake! As night comes, enjoy roasting marshmallows each night and toasting to the memories you made that day.

Sapphire Shores Retreat is located right on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail and is just minutes from Bully Hill and Dr. Franks wineries.  For those looking to enjoy an excellent meal, there is lakeside dining available just down the street at either the Lakeside or Waterfront Restaurants, as well as in the charming village of Hammondsport. The Windmill Farm and Craft Market and the popular Corning Museum of Glass are all within a half-hour drive.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting.  The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time.  This includes both day and overnight guests.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes. 
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
