Stay at Cornerstone during your next trip to the Finger Lakes, and discover the charm and attraction of the region from a convenient and comfortable private accommodation!
Located right in the heart of Penn Yan, Cornerstone is a beautifully maintained second floor apartment, newly remodeled and furnished with a décor reflective of the region itself.
The main entry on the first floor leads into a small foyer with a coat closet. Just up the stairs is the main living area. A small living room greets you, with a sofa, flat screen TV and bar style counter seating for enjoying meals while watching a sporting event on TV. The full bath with a shower and stacked washer dryer is at the top of the stairs.
A galley style kitchen with apartment size appliances is located just off the living area, and features a small freezer/refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, and stove/oven with overhead microwave.
Three bedrooms, all with queen beds and flat screen TVs, are located on the southern side of the apartment.
Cornerstone is within walking distance to the popular Main Street area, where guests can enjoy fine dining from multiple restaurants and bars, as well as shopping at the various boutiques.
For guests that enjoy water sports, the municipal boat launch is just a ½ mile away, where guests can launch small and large watercraft and enjoy a day on Keuka Lake. For nature loves, the Outlet Trail starts just across the street and leads all the way to Seneca Lake – an excellent adventure for bicyclists, hikers, and bird watchers. The Windmill Farm and Craft market is only 3 miles up the road, and several wineries and breweries are only a short drive away.
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
