Descending to the lower level, you'll discover a spacious second living area with direct access to the covered patio, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. This level also features a bedroom with two twin beds and a twin-over-full bunk bed, along with another bedroom offering a queen bed. A full bathroom completes the lower level.

A spacious covered deck wraps around the main house, offering a perfect setting for family-style meals with stunning lake views, or for enjoying a peaceful sunrise while sipping your morning coffee.

The bungalows offer the perfect retreat for some peaceful solitude while the family gathers at the main house, or a fun space for the kids while the adults enjoy the quiet beauty of nature. Each bungalow is nearly identical, featuring a cozy living area, kitchen, a private bedroom with a queen bed, and a loft with two twin beds and a queen bed. Full of rustic charm, the bungalows provide the ideal balance for extended families—allowing everyone to vacation together, while still having a private space to unwind at the end of the day.

Make the most of the lake and dock area, where you’ll find plenty of space to dock your boat (or two!) and unwind on the beach, soaking up the peaceful surroundings on beautiful Keuka Lake. 

Keuka Pines is located on the west side of Keuka Lake, close to the award winning Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery, Bully Hill Winery, Heron Hill Winery and Black Sheep Distillery. Or, take up a concert at the nearby Point of the Bluff Vineyard concert venue!

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting.  The maximum occupancy is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time.  This includes both day and overnight guests.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes. 
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
