You can enter the home from the first or second floor. First floor features an updated kitchen, spacious living room, a dining nook overlooking the lakefront, and a screen porch for dining or enjoying the view. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor as well as a full bathroom. The second floor consists of a master bedroom with king bed, bunk bed, half bath and sliding doors that lead to a private balcony. An exterior entrance to a separate staircase leads to the parking area.
Across the road from the main house is an upper and lower apartment suite. Each suite features a sitting area with TV, a small kitchenette, a full bath and a bedroom. The upper apartment features a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view of the lake!
Fish or swim off the large dock, or play basketball on the mini court. Large covered porch for outdoor barbecues. Conveniently located on the lower east lake road where walking or bicycling is exceptional. Wonderful views of the sunset, wineries, and Hammondsport. Only three miles from Hammondsport by boat or car for shopping, dining out, and going to church.
