Lake view landing was the perfect setup for our family gathering of eight adults. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. Loved the lakeside setup with fire pit. Walking distance to a nice winery too. Highly recommend.

The property has a well stocked kitchen four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. There is a very nice deck where you can eat and also part of the deck where you can sit and look at the water. There are steep steps to the lakefront. The steps are very sturdy. At the lake is a dock, lots of seating, a table and several kayaks.

We are loyal customers of Premier Properties because we count of the accuracy of the information provided on each property. The property is almost always as we expected and issues are usually addressed promptly. The reservation process is smooth with helpful agents assisting as needed. We did not receive the lock box code prior to arriving at the property this time, which is unusual. I called and was able to get it promptly with an apology for the delay. Overall, we enjoyed this rental property. It's a great option for larger groups or families.

Overall this is a very nice property. There was plenty of room to spread out and the accommodations are comfortable. There are more than enough dishes and cooking utensils to make whatever you want. Plenty of games to play and the outdoor area is nice and big……lots of birds and bunnies and even a few deer. The beach area and dock were very nice. The location is great if you enjoy wineries. There are several within a 15 minute drive and we loved being able to walk to Sheldrake Winery. It’s a beautiful winery and we really enjoyed it there. Our kids who are all older teens and up liked the lower room to hang out in!! The only thing I would say is that the pictures make the house look a little more updated as far as the kitchen and the garage game room area. That being said the kitchen is fully functional and there’s definitely everything you need there. Having 2 and 1/2 bathrooms is also a plus and the bathrooms were clean and fairly updated. And although the house is not directly on the lake there is still a nice view of the water from the living room and the outside deck. The stairs to the beach are  very sturdy and safe unlike some other lake properties I’ve been to. It’s a rocky beach area and I would recommend having water shoes for that reason but the water itself was crystal clear the days we were there and the beach and dock area were very nice with plenty of seating. The dock and stairs seemed to be pretty new. We never had a fire but there is a nice fire pit area at the waterfront as well as the back yard. Overall I’d say this house is great for families as long as you aren’t expecting a modern updated setting. There’s plenty to do and lots of room to spread out.

The house accommodated our family of adults and teens very well. There were great gathering places. We enjoyed having the whole family eating on the deck and around the fire pit at night listening to music, chatting and eating s’mores. The kitchen was very well equipped. It seem to have more than enough glassware, dinnerware and kitchen utensils. That was a pleasant surprise. Not having an operating dishwasher and small drain rack for 8 people. Was problematic. We spent more time hand washing dishes then we wanted. If alerted would have brought paper plates at least. The basement bedroom didn’t have a functioning window and you had to go outside to shut it. The bedroom with the bath has a nightstand that is in very poor condition and needs to be fixed. It is difficult to take a shower without getting water on the floor. The shower curtain needs to be adjusted. The garbage cans were always knocked over every night and garbage falling out. Need better cans so animal’s don’t get to them. We did call maintenance 1st thing Sat. Morning when we had the. Problem with dishwasher and window. He came fixed garbage cans but said the window and dishwasher he couldn’t repair. He seem to be upset with the owners and not us. It seems garbage, window and dishwasher has been a problem for awhile..

I think this was our third stay in this house. We love the location and the relatively private lake frontage.  The improvements to the stairs, dock and beach were really great.

It was a very comfortable place to stay in a scenic location and centrally located to things we wanted to visit. We had a wonderful time and were pleased that it had room for 8 of us to sit around the table for socializing and playing games. The kitchen had plenty of pans, utensils, etc to prepare meals. We really enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine too.
