Little Red Hideaway offers the perfect escape to relax and unwind by the serene waters of Honeoye Lake. Nestled beneath towering trees, this charming two-bedroom retreat features a cozy three-season sun porch—an inviting space to sip a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the lake’s western shores.

Step through the entryway into the open concept living and dining area, thoughtfully decorated in both neutral shades and modern blue and green. Large lakefront windows welcome in the fresh breeze and soothing sounds of the water.  A custom built window seat charms the room and adds a seat right next to the wine fridge!

A corner kitchen offers everything you need to whip up your favorite snack or BBQ sides.  Island bar seating comfortably seats four, making it a great spot for meals and casual gatherings.

The sun porch provides a tranquil retreat, offering a second dining table and a relaxing daybed—perfect for escaping the afternoon sun while still enjoying the beauty of the outdoors.

Back inside, the first bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a trundle bed with two twin mattresses, making it an ideal space for children or additional guests.

Just across the quiet residential road, you’ll find your own waterfront access with a private dock—perfect for swimming, fishing, or simply taking in the scenic beauty of Honeoye Lake.  A short stroll down the road leads to a neighborhood park, complete with a sandy beach, boat launch, swing sets, basketball court, a volleyball net, horseshoe pits, and a spacious lawn with grills—perfect for picnics and outdoor fun.

The small town of Honeoye, just two miles away, offers charming shops and local dining. Be sure to visit the renowned Wizard of Clay Pottery, located just over three miles from the cottage, where you’ll find handcrafted artwork, some of which has been featured on HGTV. For boating enthusiasts, Trident Marine, located half a mile south, offers rentals and sales, as well as lakeside dining at the Honeoye Inn.

A scenic drive to the south leads to the picturesque town of Naples, known for its charming boutiques, wineries, and delicious local fare. Outdoor adventurers will love exploring Harriet Hollister Spencer Park, perched high above the western shore of Honeoye Lake, offering breathtaking views, picnic areas, and trails for hiking, cross-country skiing, and biking.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting.  The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time.  This includes both day and overnight guests.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes. 
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
