Located just five miles from downtown Penn Yan, this property is tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood on East Lake Road. Privacy is afforded by the ample space between neighboring homes.

The cottage sits on the water’s edge and has a gorgeous view of Keuka Lake. The French doors in the living room open to a glass enclosed porch where guests can enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Parking can accommodate vehicles with boat trailers. Bring your boat and use the 4000lb (max) boat lift will accommodate a 16' to a 22' boat. If your short on toys, a swim raft and a canoe with a built in ice chest are supplied for your enjoyment.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

Note:
1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.

Small but adorable cottage. Whoever decorated Lucky Catch brought the theme inside and out! Adorable ???? it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Beautiful lake view from the bedroom..loved awakening to that. Nice quiet spot on my favourite lake!

We had a wonderful few days. The house was clean. The shower was way to small though, large man could not fit into this shower. The sunsets are just beautiful. For 2 people this house is good.

Such a charming little jewel box of a cottage!! All the amenities you need are provided and then some!! The cottage is very clean which we greatly appreciate!! Thank you to the awesome housekeepers!! Being right on the water is magical and the deck offers a very private space to enjoy the surroundings. So many great little touches - both inside and out - just add so much. We had stayed here many years ago and loved it. Turned out to be even more enchanting than we remembered. Thank you so much for offering such a great place!! This, of course, is not to mention all that the area has to offer - Lucky Catch is the perfect getaway spot!

Just perfect

I'll admit that I wasn't sure what to expect with a one bedroom/one bath cottage for my husband and me, but it was wonderful. The location is great. The stairs not so bad, the view..spectacular. Keuka has always been my favorite lake, and this location was great being close enough to Penn Yan to pick up something from the market if needed in a pinch. The bedroom was a little tight, but once you were in bed you could spend hours just looking at the lake and stars. The kitchen was well appointed. No dishwasher, but that wasn't a big deal for the two of us. The living room was comfortable and the full sized washer and dryer a nice surprise. The shower was tight...like 2ftx2ft tight...but we managed. The best part is the deck. We loved coffees and wine on it while watching the boats speed by. The firepit was awesome to enjoy while watch the shooting stars of Perseid. While we did not bring our cat due to a miscommunication, the owner told us that she would be welcome next time, a huge bonus. Finally, there was such a sense of peace and contentment there that we will definitely be back next year. It was a wonderful getaway.

July 2019 Stay

Great cozy cottage on the edge of the lake. Lots of amenities and very easy to find. The cottage was very clean and comfortable.
