Named after the owner's oldest daughter, this vacation home has a true summer palace-like feeling with almost 200 feet of waterfront, a creek on the side and flat shore line. Upon entry into the tastefully decorated living room featuring a 50" TV, oriental rugs and a lovely leather sectional, perfect for relaxing each evening. Immediately you'll feel a sense of "home away from home" after stepping inside.

Just off the living room is a delightful screened porch, with comfortable dining set and lounge chairs overlooking the lakefront. To the right of the living room is the newly renovated cooks' kitchen. The chef of your group will be bursting with excitement preparing meals for family and friends. This room boasts all new cupboards, quartz countertops, fixtures and luxury vinyl plank flooring that expands the length of the kitchen and dining area. Offering 100sqft of additional space, the kitchen will soon be one of your groups favorite areas to gather and share stories while preparing for your dining in at the lake experience.

Just off the kitchen, the previously known guest bedroom has been converted into a first-floor master bedroom and has been expanded to add over 100sfqt of additional living space, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, wall mount 50' TV and walk-in closet. The ensuite bath offers a walk-in shower and luxury finishes.

Upstairs, the second master suite can be found. Offering a king size bed, 55" TV, walk-in closet and newly remodeled ensuite bath, this room will have you feeling like a king or queen. Just down the hall is a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, and another bedroom with a queen bed, and 37" TV. All upstairs bedrooms overlook the exceptional lakefront. A full bathroom with shower/tub combo is located off the hall just across from the stairwell.

The large, level lawn is the perfect place for relaxing lakeside or for yard games - just a step down from the porch or kitchen door. Bring your furry friends and enjoy family time at this grand lake home. Maya's Palace is destined to be your families favorite vacation getaway!

Maya's Palace is ideally located just a few miles away from downtown Penn Yan where local favorites like Seneca Farms Ice Cream, the Water Street Wine Bar and Keuka Restaurant can be found. Browse Main Street and enjoy the local coffee shop, bakery and a few quaint boutique shops that will have you wishing you found them sooner. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting.  The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time.  This includes both day and overnight guests.

2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
