Inside, beautiful Conesus Lake can be viewed from each room of this spacious home. The open floor plan allows relaxing and entertaining to be a breeze while you flow from day to night. Happily, find the kitchen stocked with ample cooking and eating ware, you’ll have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The eat in kitchen table offers seating for six. The entry level is complete with each of the two bedrooms and full bath. Upstairs, find comfy-casual sleeping and the half bath.

The lower level will quickly become a favorite hangout space. Rain or shine, the lounge area downstairs with pool table offers fun and relaxation while you spend your days on Conesus Lake. Additional seating, second fridge and TV are the perfect additions to this already welcoming space.

Dock Use and Instructions: To properly secure your boat, please park your boat on the side of the dock where the mooring hooks are and tie off to the mooring hooks. Do not use the stanchions/pilons to tie-off, as doing so may cause damage to the dock or your boat.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless otherwise noted as available in the amenities. If air conditioning is noted as available, this is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. *Outdoor amenities, including furniture/watercraft are not available between October 15 - May 15*

Off The Hook

Spent a week at Off the Hook with my family. Going to keep this to a short Pros and Cons list. Pros: 1. Good amount of room in house. 2. Good Parking 3. Decent Privacy 4. Good Kitchen 5. Decent deck space but real crappy furniture, Umbrella for table was a shambles. 6. Linens seemed ok. Cons: 1. Tired Furniture both inside and on deck, either cheap or clapped out 2. Bathrooms very dated, Low level bathroom shower terrible. 3. Dock while presented well enough was real shaky side to side on the end. Did not have a boat but would have been REAL nervous if tied up to. 5. Lots of beds, some bad some decent, none great. 6. PFD's provided were hosed so bring your own. All in all a good location with ample space and decent privacy from neighbors. Not the most expensive place and it showed with furnishings, baths etc. With furniture and bath remodels would be much much better. I give it a 7 out of 10

Peaceful getaway on Conesus Lake

We rented this property for a "girl's weekend" during the Alumni Weekend at SUNY Geneseo - just 20 minutes away. It was close enough for easy travel back and forth to campus, but gave us all some peace to get away from the activities on campus. We loved the setting and the place itself - which had everything we needed to make a wonderful weekend. We swam and kayaked from the dock, and relaxed on the back porch. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and small appliances (coffee pot, etc). It was homey and inviting. Only one tiny word of caution (Chris, you may want to add it to your description, if it's not there) - a person with trouble managing stairs would have difficulty with this property. There are stairs to the front door, and stairs to the back deck. It didn't affect our team, but I thought it was worth noting. We really had a wonderful time, and since we only get a chance to see one another once per year, having a great place to stay makes the memories all the sweeter.

Pleasant Stay

The view of the lake is beautiful! There were 12 of us in the family and we had plenty of room. The deck and outside could use some TLC but overall very nice and quiet. Enjoyed ourselves and wished we could have stayed longer!

Great place

Everything was great. We enjoyed the kayak and canoe. It was a convenient location. Quiet area, nice side yard for playing games. My only concern was a very wobbly railing on the third floor and the smoke detector had been removed. Thank you for sharing your property we had a wonderful time.

Great Lakeside House

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Chris' place. Chris was excellent with communication and everything was exactly as described. We traveled with another family and the upstairs room had plenty of space for our 8 kids. The two bedrooms on the main floor share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom which was perfect for the adults. The downstairs with pool table, TV, and another bathroom was a great entertainment room with french doors that led right to the deck. The lake itself is beautiful and the dock/kayaks provided hours of entertainment.
