**Limousines and Shuttle Buses are not able to drive on Hansen Harbor Road due to HOA policies. If you've planned a wine or beer tour, please let the driving company you've selected know they must park at the top of the road where it connects to Route 14 and meet your group there.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless otherwise noted as available in the amenities. If air conditioning is noted as available, this is considered a season amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.

Vino Before Vows Bachelorette Weekend

We had an incredible stay at Seneca Memories! The home, views, and amenities are even more incredible in person, and the neighbors were very friendly! Despite the slow and scenic 7 minute drive down from the main road and limited parking spots (which were all worth it for this stunning home right on the water), everyone had the most amazing long weekend away in this gorgeous lake house. We will definitely be back (maybe with spouses next time)! I appreciated the easy booking process, open communication with Finger Lakes Premiere Properties reps, and the homeowners for creating a complete oasis.

Seneca Memories was the perfect Spot for our family reunion. 3 generations enjoyed the space together. We paddled, swam in the lake, hiked, made yummy meals in that well equipped kitchen and enjoyed them in the dining areas overlooking the lake, read good books in the comfy sofas, and made S’mores at the fire pit. This is a yearly event for 3 couples. So far this is the nicest house. Loved the common areas and the fact that everyone had their own bathroom. Although off the beaten path it was centrally located to many of the wineries.

Perfect View!

We had 3 couples stay for a week. The house accommodated all of us perfectly, we had private rooms and space. The furniture in the house is very comfortable and again, enough seating for everyone to have dinner in the dining room or at the island. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the lower dock soaking in the sun and the view. The parking was good for 3 cars as well- we fit all perfectly in front of the house. Highly recommend this home!

Great property in a very private location. Parking for 3 cars worked perfectly but may only work for 2 if you had 3 large cars. The bedroom suites were really nice and divided in all 3 floors. We did have a couple that stayed in the Murphy bed which was a little inconvenient since the basement bedroom suite had to walk through the Murphy bed area for access. This property would be ideal for 3 couples or a family where kiddos could stay in the basement with their parents but was a bit hard for 4 couples to each have privacy. With all that said, the amenities were amazing and the location was amazing so we would definitely rent here again!
