Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

Note:
1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb on Keuka Lake with a group of 12 and our experience was outstanding

The house was perfectly equipped to accommodate all of us comfortably, with ample space and all the amenities we needed. The lakefront location was a highlight, offering stunning views and direct access to the water. We enjoyed swimming in the lake daily, which was both refreshing and fun. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore nearby attractions. We took short drives to Watkins Glen State Park and Ithaca, both of which offered fantastic activities and beautiful scenery. Overall, this property provided a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure, making it a memorable getaway for our group. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to enjoy Keuka Lake and its surroundings!

We really enjoyed our stay and our only regret was that it was too short! The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. Found every single utensil, pot, dish, bowl we were looking for in any size you could ask for.

This is our vacation home...we have 5 grown children who are all married with several grand children...these two houses fit our needs perfectly and we feel right at home. The additional large pots and pans and serving items were especially appreciated. We rented this two years ago and then again this summer...we will definitely look to rent this same house next time we are up to the Finger Lakes (every other year). This is a perfect beach set up."
