Down the paved, winding driveway, Sunset Hideaway is ideal for the nature lover, the photographer and more.  Inside, the open floor plan of the great room greets you.  The living area with comfortable, oversized furniture offers a TV over the mantle.  Turn the gas fireplace on during a chilly Finger Lakes evening and take in the added ambiance a luxury getaway home has to offer.

Merging with the dining room, this is the perfect place to both have a formal dining place or play a game while making lasting memories during your time at Sunset Hideaway.  The kitchen is open to the dining area and is perfect for the cooks of your crew.  Black– custom wood cabinetry stocked with all your favorite cooking and serving ware, granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances are a chef’s dream come true.

Upstairs, three of the four bedrooms can be found!  The first bedroom offers a king bed and hillside view, while the other two bedrooms boast peeping lake views and a king bed with bonus twin bunk set.  A bonus room with sofa allows you to curl up and relax among the knotty pine walls.

Downstairs, the lower level hosts the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath.  A walkout patio leads to the hot tub and wine barrel furniture.   Out on the lakeside patio; watch the moonlight between the trees at twilight, or enjoy the sunset as you sip a glass of Finger Lakes wine.  A dip in the hot tub will have you soaking all your cares away.

Take the tram to the lakefront if the temperatures are over 40 degrees.  Or, step your way down the man made hillside set of stairs.  Down on the lakeside deck and dock is where you will want to be spending most of your time! Enjoy the lake scenery as you relax and fish off the end of the dock.  Enjoy a nap in the screened in three season room or pop open the window coverings of the bar kitchen area and create meals, cocktails and memories at the lakeside!

3. Air conditioning is not available unless otherwise noted as available in the amenities. If air conditioning is noted as available, this is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15. 
4. Where pets are not allowed at Sunset Hideaway.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. *Outdoor amenities, including furniture/watercraft are not available between October 15 - May 15.  The tram is not available for use if temperatures reach lower than 40 degrees.*
