Completing the entry level, you’ll find one of the five bedrooms.  Adorning a queen size bed, this bedroom is just across the hallway from the first-floor bathroom.  Upstairs, the remaining four bedrooms can be found; two of which feature queen size beds and the other offer full/twin bunk beds.  Find each of the five bedrooms tastefully decorated with an elegant, yet casual feel. 

The lakeside screened porch is likely to be one of your favorite spots in the whole house!  Choose from ample seating including a dining table for eight, or a nice sofa and comfy chair and watch the sun as it sets over Canandaigua Lake.  Or, help yourself to a cup of morning coffee and watch the lake as the water splashes along the shoreline each morning.

5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
