Sunshine Daydream is truly a one-of-a-kind getaway; whether this is your first trip to the Finger Lakes or you’re a frequent visitor, this home will make your trip one to remember!  This spectacular home is located on 298 feet of gradual, natural, sprawling lakefront that includes a point and offers breathtaking views of Honeoye Lake and the surrounding hills.

As you enter the house, you are greeted by the lake facing windows that accentuate the spectacular views. The large kitchen with oak cabinetry and granite counter tops open to the dining area.  Take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy a home cooked meal.

The living room is ideally designed for both entertaining and relaxing and features a stone gas fireplace.  Soak up the natural light that shines through the windows and allow yourself to unwind while in your new ‘home away from home.’  Down the hall from the living room are the two entry level bedrooms.  An additional three bedrooms are available on the second floor for your guests to retreat to.

From the lakeside deck, guests will find plenty of space to relax and dine. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the landscaped grounds allow for a peaceful walk, or nap on a blanket under a tree and the gradual entry to the lake is perfect for guests of all ages.

Sunshine Daydream is located in the middle of beautiful Honeoye Lake, with just a three minute drive to the town of Honeoye or fifteen minutes to Naples, and close to numerous area attractions. A particular local highlight is the Birdhouse, which offers fantastic food, locally brewed craft beers, and a lovely atmosphere with a large outdoor area that has seasonal live music. Twisted Rail Brewing Co. is a few short minutes away (or just across the lake by boat!) and has local craft brews and Moscow mules on tap! If you’re looking for a great slice of pizza for a night in; call Top Shelf Pizza; you won’t be disappointed you did! Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting.  The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time.  This includes both day and overnight guests.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes. 
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.

Had a great time.
Amazing view of the lake. The landscaping could use more work, a lot of overgrown weeds by the water. But overall a great time.

Old and Dirty
My family was looking forward to a stay on the lake for the 4th. When we arrived we found the house did not have AC which was not stated on the listing. It didn’t state anything about AC which should be very clear if you don’t have it in the house especially during the summer months. There was not an adequate amount of fans in the home so we ended up purchasing box fans for the rooms. The windows were dirty and when opened the bugs were everywhere as well as cobwebs. The place was dirty with dust, the grounds were not maintained with weeds everywhere, making it a perfect place for mosquitoes. The beds were uncomfortable and the top bunk wasn’t usable due to the mattress rising above the safety bar. There were no dressers to place close in nor counters space for bathroom items. Only good thing was the view. This place needs serious work especially for the price being charged. I would never rent this place again. Overall terrible stay. Property company should vett these properties better and be more transparent on items like AC. We rented another property with Premier a few years ago in which there were live wires and we had to move to another property not with premier. This company needs a lot of improvement and will not be using again after 2 terrible rentals.

Your safety and satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We have advised the owner on your concern. As you know our guest resolution team communicated with you and offered to reimburse you for 5 fans to help cool your group down in the house since our listing does not include air conditioning units. We only list amenities that our rentals offer, we do not list amenities that aren't offered. This is common practice across all booking sites like VRBO and AirBnb. We also offered to send a housekeeper out to clean the home again to your satisfaction, which you agreed to, then called back and asked us to to not send someone on the holiday and to instead send someone on Friday (7/5). This clean was scheduled for (7/5). We hope that our commitment to your safety and enjoyment in one of our rentals will leave you considering us for your future stay in the Finger Lakes. We hope to earn your business on your next trip to the Finger Lakes.

This was a lovely house just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. It was spacious with plenty of room for our group of 6, but could easily fit more people.

Sunshine Daydream was incredible. It’s on a point and there were views of the lake from almost everywhere in the house. It’s at the dead end of the street, and was very private and quiet. I stayed here with two other families and we had way more room than we needed. Would definitely recommend. The photos absolutely do not do this place just e. We will definitely come back.
