This property is located on East Lake Road, five miles north of Hammondsport, NY, (in an area known as "Corning Landing") and minutes away from award winning wineries on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. Located on a residential lower lake road which spans over 3 miles, it is great for walking and jogging alike. Tranquility on Keuka will allow you to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy time with your family and friends.
When you approach the house, you’ll be greeted by a fully renovated exterior. New siding, doors, windows and an exquisite covered deck. You can enter the home’s lower level from the parking area or walk up the stairs to the main entry.
Entering through the lower (1st floor) level of this home, you find your own little piece of paradise. The entry level features a family room with a 55 inch smart TV and soundbar. There is a roomy full bath with a tile shower. A bedroom with queen size bed and walk-in closet is also located on this floor; it's the perfect set up for that early riser of your group.
The main entry is located on the side of the expansive deck. You will enter a new addition which includes a foyer, large powder room and new staircase to the second floor. The main living area is an open floorplan featuring a living room, dining space, and open kitchen. The sun will beam in from the room's many large windows and brighten every day you're here.
The great room, accompanied with plush furniture, a second smart television, and new large dining table will be your favorite place to settle in for meal time. This room faces the lake and access to the new deck featuring dining furniture and a seating area to enjoy the lake views with the Bluetooth compatible outdoor sound system.
Back inside, you will experience the fully renovated kitchen features a large kitchen island, beverage center including beverage fridge, all new appliances and a walk-in pantry/laundry. The home is designed with custom cabinets and beautiful fixtures to create an exquisite place to gather with family and friends. Through the kitchen you can step out on the back patio which features a Weber grill, outdoor seating and a fenced-in yard.
The top (3rd) floor has the remaining three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each room is specifically designed with your comfort in mind. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with a new primary bathroom featuring tiled shower and a vanity with double sinks. The second bedroom also features a king size and lake views. The third bedroom is the largest and features a walk-in closet, this is a versatile room providing different sleeping arrangements. It is equipped with two twin beds which can be converted to a king bed along with a bunk bed. The large full bathroom features a granite countertop with dual sinks and a large linen closet for all of your personal items. This top floor is roomy and the many windows allow for beautiful lake views.
For all of its beauty and comfort inside, outside is where you'll spend most of your time when you're here. There are minimal steps to the lake where you will enjoy flat and open lake frontage featuring a shale beach and large permanent dock. Guests of all ages will enjoy this property. Whether you're paddling up the lake in the kayak, relaxing on the dock in Adirondack chairs, sun bathing, jumping off the dock, finding lake glass on the beach or splashing in the water by the shore - every day will be a new adventure when you choose Tranquility at Keuka.
The Village of Hammondsport is just a few miles south of this home, where guests can enjoy various dining establishments and gift shopping around the town square. Conveniently located between Penn Yan and Corning, Tranquility on Keuka is situated right in the heart of many popular Finger Lakes area attractions!
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
