This charming year round, lakeside cottage is just boasting with recently remodeled furnishings and was featured on HGTV's Lakefront Bargain Hunt. Located minutes from downtown Penn Yan where you will find local favorites like the Seneca Farms Ice Cream, Laurentide Brewing and only a few miles from Crispin Hill Wedding Venue and Abandon Brewery, the Willow Tree Cottage is the perfect Keuka Lake escape.

The main floor has been recently remodeled, with a nicely appointed kitchen and a dining room that offer lake views sun up, until sun down.   A spacious living room overlooks the lake and has a sliding door that takes you to the water.  A new sofa and welcoming decor offer an ideal retreat for reading a book, or visiting with your friends and family.

Upstairs you will find three nicely appointed bedrooms, and a full bathroom with shower. The largest bedroom is adorned with a cozy king-size bed and offers a spectacular lake view where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises. The two smaller bedrooms offer additional sleeping for four, ideal for small extended families.

Outside, you will enjoy 65 feet of level lakefront with a seasonal dock. The water depth is gradual, perfect for swimming! A newly installed patio and table sit near the willow tree, partially shaded from the hot summer sun.

Located just two miles from downtown Penn Yan, this cottage is ideally situated on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. Seneca Farms, a local ice cream and eatery, is just a short drive down the street – their food is incredible! Within walking distance from Seneca Farms is a local park with a new playground for entertainment for all ages!

2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
