The lower, covered patio just off the rec room contains additional outdoor living space with a gas grill, gas fireplace and whirlpool to cool you off on hot humid days, and warm you up on freezing cold nights, (subject to and adjusted for seasonal conditions).
This home is perfect for swimming, boating, and many more water activities. By descending the steps and crossing the lightly traveled cottage road (Lower East Lake Rd), an oversize, newly built permanent dock (with room to tie up your own boat), spacious lakeside deck and kayak are all waiting for you!
