Finger Lakes Premier Properties Raises $2,020 for Veterans Day Fundraiser Supporting the Joseph P. D

Penn Yan, NY — Finger Lakes Premier Properties is proud to announce the successful completion of its Veterans Day fundraiser, which took place from November 1st through November 11th, 2024. The event raised $2,020, which will be donated to the Joseph P. Dwyer Peer Support Project, an organization dedicated to providing essential resources and support to U.S. military veterans.

The Joseph P. Dwyer Peer Support Project was founded with a mission to help veterans navigate the challenges of post-service life by creating peer-to-peer support networks across New York State. These groups offer a safe and supportive space for veterans to connect with one another, share experiences, and combat the challenges of isolation, mental health struggles, and reintegration into civilian life. The funds raised through the Finger Lakes Premier Properties’ fundraiser will help support these peer group activities, as well as provide mental health resources, community outings, and other support services for veterans and their families.
