Play Travel Protection Program
U.S. residents can choose the Play Travel Protection Program. This vacation insurance program covers benefits such as trip cost, trip delay, baggage effects, emergency accidents, lost skier days, and more. Finger Lakes Premier Properties Vacation Rental Policies
Reservation Policy: When booking a vacation rental with Finger Lakes Premier Properties, you need to make an initial payment, including half of the gross rental amount. The full payment is due 60 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your trip or change the dates of your reservation, you must request to do so in writing by return receipt email or mail. Rental payments are fully refundable if the home is re-rented during the same period for the same amount. This does not apply to no-shows or situations where the property is not re-rented.
Refunds: There are no refunds for late check-in, early check-out, inclement weather, or illness.
